On a sunny afternoon in Sydney, Australia, The Botanist gin took a small group of curious guests on an edible adventure alongside the Cooks River. The theme was Forage to Feast, led by renowned forager and environmental educator Diego Bonetto, and stylist, foodie and weeds convert Marnee Fox. The result was a spectacularly curated foraging walk, followed by a riverside degustation of small plates and The Botanist gin cocktails with a foraged twist.
