As the end of this year quickly approaches many of us start to reflect on the past 12 months and plan to make a fresh, new start! A brand new year resembles a clean slate and a chance to do things a little bit differently.
Although many of us start the year with focus and good intentions often the novelty wears off rather quickly as we settle into old habits. Before giving up make a list of resolutions that are positive, uplifting and above all – realistic! Think about all the different aspects of your life that you would like to improve on or change and then list it down. A full spectrum of resolutions would include ones that are physical, mental and spiritual. This could be as simple as joining a gym, stressing out less and becoming more mindful.
Whatever it may be, making new years resolutions are meant to feel motivating and inspiring- basically; something personal and meaningful to work towards!
